Line 5: I have never once seen Video referred to before as "VideoGameSm12" but I do understand this casing is used in the names of other articles, and as such is why I am mentioning it in this talk page instead of just modifying the article. There was a period of time where we had a module that allowed us to change the name of the article to lowercase, but for some reason it's not there anymore. Ex: putting <nowiki>{{DISPLAYTITLE:videogamesm12}}</nowiki> at the top of the article. It doesn't affect the actual name of the article, but it's a good compromise.
