The '''Akefu Raids''' were a series of attacks against the server that lasted from early May 2022 to late June 2022. The attacks were orchestrated by multiple members of the community at the time and consisted primarily of theusing usage ofthrowaway accounts fromacquired thevia [[The Altening, a free alt account service]] to spam the chat of the server, with the goal of making the server inhospitable to players. Other attacks would involve attempts to crash the server using commonly abused exploits.
