Add this maintenance tag to articles that feature a significant amount of content written by someone with a close connection to the subject.

Usage

This is the most basic form of this template.

{{conflict of interest|explanation=Article was mostly written by its subject|date=August 2023}}

The reasoning for the tag is provided in the explanation parameter, and the date is provided in the date parameter. This is the recommended use of this template.
